I’m your girl Joslyn Davis in the studio with news that one of our long-time favs, Taylor Swift, may soon be duetting with Owl City. Adam Young, who is the man behind the music of Owl City, told HitFix that he does have a song he’d like to get T to add her talents to. Adam says: “I have talked to her. She’s so busy, but she said if there’s time, she said it’d be a lot of fun.” So what will this possible track sound like? Adam Young dishes that there’s a “weird country hybrid country song” he’s working out right now, and that would be the one he’d have Taylor work with him on. No official word yet on whether or not this duet will actually happen, but it’s no secret that Adam and Taylor are fans of each other’s work. The super busy Swifty made time to hit up the VIP section at Owl City’s show in NYC last year. Plus Young once said that Swift’s song, “Love Story,” is the best song he’s ever known. I like change. Im a person who would love this sort of thing. But Owl City is from a whole different world his music makes people wonder and think and love life. Taylors music is good but its just like any other music, makeup breakup, falling in love. Dont get me wrong but its boring. Owl City is different its the sort of music that makes you want to dream forever and gives you a glimpse of heaven. Taylors music is amazing and realtive but its not any different. So why mess up the natural order?
